白内障是发生在眼球里面晶状体上的一种疾病，是首位致盲性眼病。早期发现积极治疗，我们的眼睛才有可能恢复健康。白内障疾病早期有什么症状表现呢?

视物模糊
白内障患者视物逐渐模糊，有时会觉得光线周围出现光圈以及物体的颜色不够明亮。若是在夜间开车的话，会觉得对面过来的汽车车头灯太刺眼而感不适或烦躁。但一般而言，症状发展的过程相当缓慢，并视晶状体最混浊的位置及其发展过程而定。

色觉异常
白内障初期，由于晶状体吸收水分多而肿胀，其上皮细胞隙增大而填有微粒水滴，光线透过它时会发生折射而呈现彩色晕光，俗称虹视。

眼前暗影
白内障初期，晶状体的部分混浊位于瞳孔区，在眼前可以出现位置固定、形状不变的点状或片状阴影。它与玻璃体混浊引起的飞蚊症有所区别，后者的暗影是可动的，虽然活动范围不大，但时隐时现，形状多变。

单眼多视
在白内障初期，晶状体部分混浊、部分透明，光线通过它投射到视网膜上的物像会产生双影或多影。

昼盲或夜盲
若晶状体混浊先在中央部开始，白天光强、瞳孔缩小时，光线进入眼内受阻，因而出现昼盲;如晶状体混浊位于周边部，晚上暗光进入赤道部视网膜受阻，而赤道部视网膜的杆状视细胞是专司液视觉的，因而会出现夜盲现象。

眼老花减轻
部分老年人平时需要戴老花眼镜来看书读报，但忽然，他们发现自己不需要戴老花眼镜看得也很清楚了，有的老年人很开心，事实上，这却不是个好兆头，这是因为老年白内障初发时，晶状体凸度增加，屈光近点发生改变的缘故，是白内障的早期症状之一。
患上白内障要及时治疗，白内障对眼睛伤害非常大，日常我们还要积极预防这种疾病。加强用眼卫生，平时不用手揉眼，不用不洁手帕、毛巾擦眼、洗眼。用眼过度后应适当放松，久坐工作者应间隔1～2小时起身活动10～15分钟。
